Become Ah! the Altica chain, located mainly in the southwest, has not changed its name for nothing. All the hotels will be renovated by 2019 to provide more comfort and a little more luxurious even if the chain retains its spirit of economic rooms. They offer the possibility to sleep 1 to 3 people in the same room and for the same price. Rates are very accessible and there are always promotions throughout the year, especially during school holidays, which is rare in the hotel world.

Excellent accueil, chambre très propre, bonne literie, petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Situé à 10mns du vieux Sarlat, ville à visiter de jour et de nuit. Hôtel calme, parking, proche des commerces.

Malgré un personnel sympathique et disponible, cet hôtel 3* multiplie les insuffisances: chambres sans charme, rappelant plutôt un Formule1, avec des communs (escaliers) sinistres et mal éclairés / l'équipement est indigent: tv non connectée (malgré les affirmations contraires), cafetière en panne, pas de mini bar, climatisation-chauffage bruyant, insonorisation catastrophique / + un confort relatif (propre mais froid, chambres exiguës, avec de petites fenêtres donnant sur un parking de zone commerciale) / le tout pour un tarif équivalent aux "vrais" 3 étoiles du plein centre, le charme en moins. Une grosse déception, donc, pour un hôtel pourtant récemment rénové...

Un hôtel très agréable. Accueil chaleureux. Chambre spacieuse, propre, bonne literie. Salle de bain un peu petite. Petit déjeuner excellent avec du choix. Possibilité de dîner le soir sur commande, c'est une bonne formule car il n'y a pas de restauration sur place. Un prestataire fait la livraison.
Et pour terminer, l'hôtel est bien placé en dehors du vieux Sarlat et il y a un parking.
