The outside slates bring the air of the summits into the alleys: fir bark plate, chiffonnade of the mountain pastures... In the mood for lightness? The vegetable cassolette or one of the many salads. The Gaulois platter with its assortment of specialties is ideal for a dinner party at home. Everything is carefully cut by hand by Olivier so as not to damage the slices in front of the customer.

Nous avons mangé plusieurs fois dans ce restaurant et nous n’avons jamais été déçus. Un incontournable pour les amateurs de fromage, au cœur du centre de Sarlat. À ne pas manquer !
