Emmanuel embarked on the craft beer adventure in 2016 with the creation of this family brewery: since then, he has been creating and perfecting his recipes. The malt is local! Blanche de Vésone, for example, is named after the historic tower of Périgueux. There are also blondes (Croquants, from Aquitaine), a hopped amber, and a coffee-flavored brown. What's new in 2023? You can rent a beer tapping machine for a private event!
