This butcher's shop relies on local supplies and short circuits. Photos of producers from the Dordogne and neighbouring departments are displayed before the eyes of customers who are thus informed of the traceability of the meat. Christophe Braire, at the head of the establishment, has a single credo: quality at an attractive price. The animal is bought whole, directly from the local slaughterhouses and cut up in Boulazac. The charcuterie is also made on site. A control of the chain from beginning to end which allows to reduce the costs.
