Since 1923, Maison Baud has become a Besançon institution. With respect for know-how, we offer gourmet products of the highest quality and a responsible approach. Here, everything is homemade, from the bread for the canapés to the whipped cream for the Melba strawberries and the praline for the chocolates. The cakes are sublime, whether timeless like the saint-honoré, or a creation like the French cancan and its yuzu meringue.
