Tome de brebis à la Pietra achetée à la foire gastro de Dijon.
Beaucoup de saveur, une bonne teneure en bouche. Un mariage parfait avec un petit blanc du Mâconnais ou un Bourgogne village rouge. Merci pour ce moment de plaisir.

Et une fois rentrer nous entamons les fromages
Il sont très très bons
Je regrette de ne pas en avoir pris plus

Magnifique, accueillant, la personne prend le temps d'expliquer la fabrication de différents fromages avec un joli sourire. Mille mercis encore une fois

Peccato per il tempo perso, fatemi sapere se e quando avrete intenzione di tenere fede agli orari che dichiarate: siamo in vacanza, magari se vi ripassiamo davanti ci fermiamo anche, ma sicuramente non torneremo più apposta. Essere mandato via a locale aperto senza motivo non credo piacerebbe a nessuno. Vi sembra normale? A me non è mai successo.
