DOMAINE DE VIGNALE
Several generations of the Chiari family have grown apples, peaches, plums, clementines, kiwis, etc., using sustainable agriculture. Nowadays, Stephana grows the olive tree. Her main variety of olive tree is the ghjermana, which comes in ghjermana from Casinca but also ghjermana from Balagne, Lama, Saint Lucia de Tallano: a wide range that gives a range of subtle and exceptional aromas to the two PDO Oliu di Corsica oils produced. The Ghjermana cuvée is a blend of the different variants of ghjermana present in Corsica, and the Stephana cuvée is a blend of ghjermana and picholine with great aromatic power. These oils are decanted and stored at 18°C away from air and light, then bottled in very elegant bottles. Silver medal at the Concours général agricole de Paris 2015.
