Here's a brewery with its heart firmly rooted in its land! Pierre-François Maestracci, the son of a winegrower, has been bottling Corsican terroir for over ten years, using local agricultural and artisanal ingredients to produce his beers with a strong character. Brewed with water from the "U Canale " spring at the foot of the mountain in Patrimonio, the beers are also elegantly bottled and aged. We appreciate the beauty of the bottles, the authenticity and inventiveness of the flavors!

Je suis tombé sur cette petite brasserie en Corse, franchement top !
Leurs bières bio et locales sont vraiment bonnes, et il y a plein de choix. Le serveur était hyper sympa et m'a même laissé goûter avant d'acheter. Si vous aimez la bonne bière et que vous passez dans le coin, je vous recommande d'y faire un tour !

Serveur très sympathiques et professionnel, il nous a bien aiguillé et conseillé ! Apparemment nous ne sommes pas tombé sur la "certaine dame" qui fait fuir tous le monde ! ????
