Fromagerie Donsimoni, located in the village of Rutali in Haute-Corse, is a true family institution. For 30 years, this cheese dairy has been offering authentic and generous products, made from quality milk from their own herds. Fresh cheeses, brocciu PDO and farm-ripened goat's and ewe's cheeses are all made from Corsican milk, giving these products a unique flavor with the aromas of the island. The cheeses are molded by hand and matured on boards for several weeks to several months, depending on the range. Fromagerie Donsimoni has been selling its products all over the island for many years. In addition to in-store sales, you can sample these delights on a walk through the Nebbiu region.
