In 2008, Emilie and Ivo started olive growing. In 2013, they built the Oltremonti Mill on their 5-hectare AB-certified plot of land, which allows them to fully control their production. Result: a range of 6 virgin or extra virgin olive oils, and 3 olive oil-based condiments. The Mill won the silver medal at the 2017 New York International Olive Oil Competition. The oils are made from the same variety of Corsican olive, the Ghjermana, which is harvested at different times, offering different flavors.

Local olive farm with their own olive mill and high quality olive oil. Nice staff with good knowledge about the products.

Sehr gutes Olivenöl in verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. Man kann alle Öle kosten und bekommt eine umfassende (deutsche) Beratung. Auch Führungen durch die Mühle sind möglich.

Bestes Olivenöl auf der Insel. Jedesmal ein Muss! Decken uns immer ein bis zum nächsten Urlaub.

J'ai découvert les huiles du moulin sur une foire et j'ai adoré. Et depuis je ne peux plus m'en passer. Je vous recommande vivement de les découvrir sur le site...Vous ne serez pas déçu de la qualité et du goût pour chacune d'entre elles...Elles vous animent les papilles...
