Enjoy convivial moments with Oriente's producers and craftsmen, and savor delicious products from their local production: cheeses, honey, charcuterie, bread, jams... Ideally located in the heart of Bravone, this little market is the place to be for a gourmet break. with an average of 115 exhibitors, over 2,000 visitors every Thursday, ample parking (so don't bother parking alongside the RT10!), sanitary facilities and plenty of entertainment, this market is a hit all summer long!

In the Costa Verde, there is an estate dedicated to mustard orchestrated by Dominique Variot. This craftsman produces a 100% Corsican mustard in an astonishing range: with maquis herbs, lemon, clementine, honey, myrtle or honey-chestnut, etc. And the workshop tests new flavours every season. What would you say to an entrecote steak with hazelnut mustard or a raw fish with clementine mustard? The great chefs work with Linguizzetta mustard. For the fields in flower, it is in April. For mustard, all year round!

In 2008, Emilie and Ivo started olive growing. In 2013, they built the Oltremonti Mill on their 5-hectare AB-certified plot of land, which allows them to fully control their production. Result: a range of 6 virgin or extra virgin olive oils, and 3 olive oil-based condiments. The Mill won the silver medal at the 2017 New York International Olive Oil Competition. The oils are made from the same variety of Corsican olive, the Ghjermana, which is harvested at different times, offering different flavors.
