In 1996, Armelle and Dominique Sialelli opened Brasserie Pietra, the first brewery in Corsican history, and created the world's only chestnut beer, Pietra. This craft brewery rigorously selects its raw materials, to guarantee the production of exclusive, high-quality recipes. Today, Hugo Sialelli has taken over the management of the brewery, and is keen to instill an even more eco-responsible approach, with the implementation of numerous projects in this direction, to produce an abundant range with multiple recipes.

Open July and August, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 5.30pm, rest of the year by appointment only for groups of 10 or more, except Saturdays and Sundays. Free admission. Guided tour 30 to 45 min.

Founded in 1996, Brasserie Pietra welcomes you to Firuani. This historic brewery is famous for its Corsican beer: Pietra. Pietra is a chestnut-based beer with a seductive taste. To offer you the very best, the brewery carefully selects its raw materials and uses high-performance equipment. It also offers other interesting ranges, including Serena, a pure malt blonde, Colomba, a white beer, and Corsican IPA. This ever-innovative establishment has also just launched new recipes: Pietra Berrylicious, Pietra Calvados Ale and Pietra Dolce Sour Ale. It also has an online store where you can discover all its ranges of Corsican beers and other goodies bearing the brand's effigy. A good address for beer lovers!

Une bière Corse à la farine de châtaigne. C’est surprenant mais cela existe. La brasserie se situe à Furiani. Elle est vendue ambrée ou blonde en bouteille ou en demi. Elle peut aussi être aromatisée avec des parfums (Cerise, framboise, mure) Son gout étonnamment est doux et agréable. Celle-ci doit être servie bien fraiche surtout par forte chaleur. A boire avec modération car celle-ci est légèrement alcoolisée. J’ai très bien apprécié son goût et sa couleur. Avis aux amateurs…
