In 1996, Armelle and Dominique Sialelli opened Brasserie Pietra, the first brewery in Corsican history, and created the world's only chestnut beer, Pietra. This craft brewery rigorously selects its raw materials, to guarantee the production of exclusive, high-quality recipes. Today, Hugo Sialelli has taken over the management of the brewery, and is keen to instill an even more eco-responsible approach, with the implementation of numerous projects in this direction, to produce an abundant range with multiple recipes.

Open July and August, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 5.30pm, rest of the year by appointment only for groups of 10 or more, except Saturdays and Sundays. Free admission. Guided tour 30 to 45 min.

Founded in 1996, Brasserie Pietra welcomes you to Firuani. This historic brewery is famous for its Corsican beer: Pietra. Pietra is a chestnut-based beer with a seductive taste. To offer you the very best, the brewery carefully selects its raw materials and uses high-performance equipment. It also offers other interesting ranges, including Serena, a pure malt blonde, Colomba, a white beer, and Corsican IPA. This ever-innovative establishment has also just launched new recipes: Pietra Berrylicious, Pietra Calvados Ale and Pietra Dolce Sour Ale. It also has an online store where you can discover all its ranges of Corsican beers and other goodies bearing the brand's effigy. A good address for beer lovers!

La localisation est juste un "peu compliquer "à trouver.
Pas trop d'affichage pour indiquer ou est la boutique .
Je mets 2 étoiles pour les deux jeunes filles, gentilles et qui faisaient de leur mieux…
La visite gratuite a été très sympa avec des explications claires, prévoir environ 30min sans réservation au préalable. Attention il fera très chaud à l'étage !
On a pu goûter les bières qui nous intéressaient, un vrai plus.
Nous sommes repartis avec de beaux produits.
Je recommande fortement.
