It is a nugget! A gourmet and cultural jewel for the Balagne region. Anthony Albertini, former chef in gastronomic establishments, has just created a plural and precious space. His beautiful shop opens onto a delicatessen which presents the best farm and artisanal products of the island. The result of years of research and friendship with breeders and growers. It is also a wine bar. In the cellar of this historic house, there is also a convivial space, vintage style and refined recycling, with a varied programme (shows, courses).

Découverte par hasard, j’ai adoré cette cave tout simplement exceptionnelle! Les deux patrons proposent des vins pour tous les goûts et à tous les prix. Surtout les plus difficiles à trouver que ce soit en France ou sur l’Ile de beauté. Le tout avec sympathie et générosité. Ne changez rien!

5 étoiles et c'est vraiment parce qu'en mettre une 6e ou une 7e est impossible. Très bel établissement, un choix de produits réellement orienté vers le circuit court, le marché local et le raffinement. Au delà de la qualité des produits, la différence ici se fait au niveau du service client, conseils, accompagnement, et qualité du suivi de la commande, c'est véritablement un joyau. L'opéra Semperfi apporte tout son sens à l'hospitalité corse ainsi qu'à la qualité de vie sur l'île de beauté. Merci !

This place is so beautiful inside and has an incredible selection of wine (both from Corsica as well as thousands of bottles from all over France/the world). The owner is also super nice and will help you choose the right wine for any occasion - would HIGHLY recommend if you’re in Calvi and looking for a great bottle of wine.
