Pourtant, après vérification (le lendemain), le propriétaire a avoué qu'il y avait bien une réservation à ce nom et il avance maintenant par mail que si j'étais arrivé "en temps et en heure", la réservation aurait été honorée sans problème. Mais il n'y a pas d'heure limite d'arrivée et la réalité est bien sûr que la chambre a été louée à quelqu'un d'autre.
Le patron fait mine de ne pas connaitre la loi et rechigne à rembourser les arrhes alors que la prestation n'a pas été fournie et qu'en plus, la chambre a été surbookée ! On aura tout vu !
