All the fruits harvested here are transformed on the spot into delicious jams which contain pieces of fruit still firm, which adds to the pleasure of the tasting. 100% natural, these jams must be consumed within a month of opening the jar. Nothing could be easier! On the remaining 35 ha, Biortu runs a flock of sheep for meat of a hundred heads, certified organic. Lambs are sold online or on order.
