On 15 hectares of orchards, cultivated in organic farming, grow fig trees, raspberry trees, apple trees, plum trees. All the fruits harvested here are transformed on the spot into delicious jams which contain pieces of fruit still firm, which adds to the pleasure of the tasting. 100% natural, these jams must be consumed within a month of opening the jar. Nothing could be easier! On the remaining 35 ha, Biortu runs a flock of sheep for meat of a hundred heads, certified organic. Lambs are sold online or on order.

Confitures exceptionnelles !! De loin les meilleures que j’ai eu l’occasion de déguster, un régal pour les papilles, du sucre juste ce qu’il faut, des morceaux de fruit …ces produits sont des « bonbons » . Bravo !!!
