With its new food processing workshop, Le Chêne Vert produces even more good products. The goat's and sheep's milk collected within a 50 km radius, from more than 36 breeders, is largely (70%) organically grown. Among the specialties of the cheese factory, which can be found in supermarkets and organic stores: small fresh goats, Sainte Maure white and ashy, fresh goat, white tome, ashy and grass, but also coated goats, matured and heart gourmet. The range includes about fifty different cheeses.
