It is in his workshop in Marfaux that Florian Peromet gives life to his amazing chocolate creations, handmade with 100% natural colorants and ingredients from sustainable agriculture. In his shop in Reims, you'll find a fine collection of classics as well as seasonal pieces that smell of summer with their lemon pie, piña colada, mojito, verbena/apricot aromas, not forgetting the unmissable Fragance, a white chocolate bar with a sweet childhood flavour, sprinkled with strawberry slivers, meringue and puffed rice.
