My dad's Baba, enticing pistachio nuts, spicy pears and all, delicious verrines that will surely make you melt. Maison Caffet is also the chocolate temple! Best worker in France and world champion in pastry, Pascal Caffet is the master of praline: Gold mortar flaked with hazelnuts from Piedmont, Architect with roasted pine nuts, not to mention ganaches, Eve with cherry blossom or Troyen with champagne marc. You will also fall in love with its colourful macaroons and lightning flashes with ultra-repressive flavours: chocotartiné, sour lemon or caramel vanilla.
