He's the only chocolatier in Reims and the Champagne region to make his cocoa from the bean, earning him the "bean to bar" label. Take part in a fun, gourmet workshop where you'll plunge into the fascinating world of cocoa. You'll also be tempted by the specialities of Reims and the Champagne region, all dressed in pink: the famous Biscuit Rose Maison available in dragées, sablés and tuiles, and Goûters de Reims in the shape of a Cathedral.
