Welcome to the Domaine Proy Goulard currently managed by Lucile and Alexandre. The duo manages a vineyard of 4.5 ha. The vines, 35 years old, are planted on terroirs with a strong identity thanks to clay-silt, sandy-silt and chalky soils. This diversity offers a rich and complex aromatic palette. A natural and traditional vinification, an ageing time between 2 and 7 years as well as a low dosage allow the champagnes to express all the typicity of the terroirs they embody. 5 wines are to be discovered.

Champagne Élodie D is a women's story, and has been for 8 generations! Today, the estate is certified as a High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture. 6 fine, delicately crafted Premier Cru champagnes to discover in their floral dressings: Brut, Demi-Sec, Blanc de Blancs, Rosé de Saignée, Belle Âme (100% Pinot Noir Vintage) and Résurgence (also a Blanc de Noirs Vintage). In parallel, Élodie's husband Fabrice is now the master of La Demeure d'Élodie, a guest apartment the couple created in 2017.

A visionary and entrepreneur at heart, Albert Bergère created his own brand in 1949 in Épernay. A heritage and a love of the vineyard that was passed on to his youngest son André who has since taken up the torch. Supported by his wife, both have worked hard to expand the vineyard in an exceptional diversity of soils. This allows them to produce reference wines that are appreciated by many wine lovers in France and abroad. A sales/tasting store, guest rooms and a cellar are to be discovered.

The house of Alfred Gratien needs no introduction. Since 1864, this Champagne landmark has passed through the hands of four generations of cellar masters, in the purest respect for family traditions. Nicolas Jaeger is currently cellar master at the estate, producing cuvées world-renowned for their unique typicity. Lise and Sébastien Fuchs have a passion for good things and they share it with you in their charming delicatessen. In their shop, all good stuff! The stalls are full of specialities from the four corners of France that smell of the land, but also of Mediterranean and sunny flavours. From Gascon black pork hams and sausages and oyster rillettes, to artisanal beers and cheese slates for your raclette evenings, to fresh handmade pasta in Italy, Andalusian gazpacho, mozzarella and burrata, you will only find finely selected quality products here that will excite your senses.

Founded in 1947, Champagne Jacquinot et Fils is located in the hills above Épernay, a stone's throw from the Avenue de Champagne. The range comprises 5 cuvées, starting with Brut Private Cuvée, the House's Brut sans année, a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. The Cuvée Millésimée Symphonie Brut is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. Cuvée Symphonie Rosé is made only in the very best years. In the glass, these wines offer a gentle melody.

The La Fine Bulle cellar is a reference in Epernay, where it has two shops offering the best of champagne: a store and a restaurant to prolong the pleasure with a gourmet tasting of the fabulous nectar and champagne gastronomy. More than 200 references are presented here: the greatest houses, the rarest bottles, the timeless classics, but also little-known nuggets and favorite estates. Tastings, gift boxes and sales of local products complete the offer.

Founded in 1862 by a visionary man, Maison Testulat has always been committed to delighting the taste buds of wine-lovers through its respectful and accurate knowledge of grapes. The estate has been certified "High Environmental Value" since 2016. The wines are made from expressive, fruity Pinot Noir and round Chardonnay grapes. A literal favorite is the Cuvée Blanc de Blancs, a light, harmonious wine full of elegance to be enjoyed with a festive, gourmet aperitif.

Épernay, a town famous for its champagne vineyards, is home to Champagne Gosset. The estate offers tours and tastings for champagne lovers. Visitors should also note that they must be of legal drinking age according to the legislation in force in their country of residence. If no such legislation exists, they must be at least 21 years of age. For champagne lovers, a visit to Champagne Gosset is a must when visiting Épernay.

Pol Roger's vineyards stretch across the Côte des Blancs and the Côte d'Épernay. The freshness and finesse of these wines continue to delight the palates of connoisseurs. Dom Pérignon champagne takes its name from the famous monk cellarer at Hautvillers. He took up his post as procurator in 1668 and set himself the goal of creating the "best wine in the world". It is sometimes claimed that he invented wine effervescence. In reality, it existed before him, but what is certain is that he laid the foundations of the Champagne method: blending of 3 grape varieties, corking, thicker bottles, storage in crayères. 5 generations of winegrowers have worked on this estate, founded in 1822, which today boasts 15 hectares of vines, predominantly Chardonnay and Meunier. A mosaic of plots in the best terroirs gives Bauget-Jouette champagnes their distinctive character. For example, Blanc de Blancs 2008, a blend of Grands Crus Chardonnay, expresses itself with extremely fine bubbles. On the palate, we find aromas of pear, toast and a spicy finish. The Grande Réserve, more focused on candied fruit, is a powerful, rich wine.

HVE-certified, the vineyard is located on the southeastern slope of the Montagne de Reims, and is divided between the communes of Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Mutigny and Fontaine-sur-Aÿ. Each parcel of vines is cultivated using the "lutte raisonnée" method, to respect the balance between the vines and their ecosystem. Every action is carefully thought out to preserve the full organoleptic potential of their grape varieties. The range comprises 5 wines: a Brut, a Rosé, a Blanc de Blancs and a Noir Extra Brut, not forgetting the cuvée Rémanence. Champagne for all time!

In the heart of the emblematic Avenue de Champagne, the Syndicat Général des Vignerons has opened its boutique. A hundred or so cuvées represent the four regions of Champagne, the fruit of the expertise of a hundred or so winegrowers and cooperatives. A fine range of champagnes, typical of their terroir, which can be tasted by the flute or bottle, on the premises or to take away in this beautiful 80^m2 immersive space. The boutique offers events throughout the year, starting of course with meetings with the winemakers and tasting workshops.

The Maison Esterlin was born from the union of 3 families who were able to federate 29 members for a surface of 23 ha. Over time, this cooperative has been able to attract many other talents. The structure is located at number 25 of the famous avenue de Champagne. 8 exceptional champagnes are to be discovered, including the Cléo BDB 2010, partially vinified in barrels.
