Five generations of winemakers have worked on this estate, founded in 1822, which today boasts 15 hectares of vines, predominantly Chardonnay and Meunier. A mosaic of plots in the best terroirs gives Bauget-Jouette champagnes their beautiful typicity and singularity. Like the 2018 vintage Blanc de Noirs, a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier. A champagne with a golden color, a floral, powdery nose, and a lively palate blending citrus fruits, orgeat and panettone. Among their range of 8 wines, you're bound to find your favorite!
