Make no mistake: "Ailleurs-la-gnac" is not a village in Périgord Noir, but an excellent beer brewed by a micro-brewery in Rouffignac. Sold at the Rouffignac market and in producers' stores, it's a great incentive to prepare locavore aperitifs (and take home authentic sparkling souvenirs, there's something for everyone). Keep an eye on the Facebook page, where you'll find all the information about the brewers' presence at various local events (which you'll discover at the same time).
