The shop that exists on the production site in Vanxains remains open but it is really a good idea to have created one in the heart of Ribérac. This allows us to revive a business that has been closed since the pharmacy left in 2012. The grey and burgundy front opens onto an elegantly designed interior. The beautiful reputation of the house has been attracting Perigordians and tourists since its opening in July 2018. La Belaudie was created in 1976 by the parents of Stéphane Havard, who took over in 2007 after travelling extensively. Exotic influences can be found in its ready-made meals. For the classic foies gras, it is at the top of the tradition and receives awards every year at the agriculture fair. The geese and ducks are force-fed and processed on the farm. Home-made products are showcased in this shop, which also showcases other local delicatessen excellence: biscottes de la Chanteracoise, Neuvic caviar, wines, beers and spirits.
