Eric Devert is a lover of great wines and it is right that he imagined to accompany them with sausages. He set up a "bar sausages"... They hang down with hooks and fill the place. There is a choice between different sausages and donkey, bull or duck, chorizo, etc. He also organizes thematic evenings with a homemade buffet around a bottle of wine. Grills and plancha are offered in summer in total conviviality. In short, Eric attracts a different clientele than the one that usually frequented the bar.
