Chef Etienne Pagot's strength lies in his consistency. You can enjoy a gourmet interlude either on the pretty terrace or in the dining room. The chef follows the rhythm of the seasons, using local produce. The foie gras is a sure bet, and the guinea fowl supreme is a knockout! And don't forget our generous, fruity desserts.
