A farm of discovery and production of ostrich meat in the heart of the Isle valley between Périgueux and Bordeaux.

Romain is a special breeder. He has launched the production of a tasty and still rare meat, the ostrich. A few weeks ago, he started his conversion to organic farming in order to offer a better diet for his animals. With experts, he has developed the cultivation of cereals associated with peas and other legumes. His crops provide most of the ostriches' needs. He offers visits of the farm, sells at the farm and organizes in the summer, markets appreciated by local producers. To be discovered and tasted!
