Enjoy an informative visit to this exceptional place less than 200 meters from the famous model cave.

The first cave facsimile in the world opened in 1983, 20 years after the closure of the Lascaux cave to the public due to conservation problems of this prehistoric wonder. The realization of this "copy" was carried out by a team reproducing the same gestures of the artists of the time, using the same raw materials. The amazing result is visible on the reproduction of two of the main rooms of the original cave. Not to be missed in the Périgord! You can buy twin tickets to visit Lascaux IV and the park of the Thot.
