La Chaumière is the mountain that makes an escapade in Périgord with Denis and Coralie. Let's taste the Alpage or Auvergnate sandwiches, or let's opt, for the greediest, for the tartiflette, the fondue or the raclette. There is also a Perigordian menu: chiffonnades with plain potatoes and a green salad. Denis buys from local producers and artisans. For dessert, in addition to home-made pastries such as apple pie, chocolate cake or walnut cake, you can try Roland Manouvrier's homemade ice cream.
