The Élevage farm, located on the hillside, is allowed to visit: We can see the different stages of growth of geese, from goslings to gavage, with corn produced on exploitation. The preserves are made in the private laboratory and can be purchased locally. Among the specialties: foie gras, rillettes, conflict, neck neck, sleeves, civet, gizzards, walnut cake. These plates allow you to discover and appreciate certain products on the farm, they are served and tables are available. Jean-Jacques Espinasse also sells on the Sarlat-la-Caneda, Saint-Geniès and Salignac markets. Parking facilities for overnight parking at the farm.

Juin 2015 , nous visitons la ferme et, après dégustation, achetons pour 250 € de produits locaux, patés , 10 magrets fumés sous vide , vins etc ... Arrivés à la maison, pour partager notre plaisir nous invitons de amis et ouvrons les magrets et là , beurk, beaucoup trop salés, inmangeables. Rien à voir avec ce que la dame nous avit fait goûter lors de la visite. Nous en ouvrons un 2ème : idem , un 3ème : pareil.
La date limite de consommation est encore loin et nous pensons que, pour augmenter la durée de conservation ces magrets ont été "sur-salés.
Nous contactons la propriétaire par mail puis par téléphone ... : Ah Bon ?! , ce serait la première fois ?! Bon , je vais voir ce que je peux faire ...
Il y a 2 mois de ceci , depuis, plus de nouvelles.
Conseil : n'y achetez rien d'emballé et surtout goûtez avant d'acheter.
