Très belle expérience, qui fait voyager entre le Japon et la Loire. Service agréable, magnifiques assiettes et très bel équilibre des goûts. Attention tout de même car certains éléments n'étaient pas tout à fait adaptés pour une personne végétarienne (cela avait été précisé en amont), avec certains mets à base de poissons.
