For twenty years, his daring and deliciously inventive creations have been a rare source of pleasure: pavlova, tarts, mille-feuilles, operas, macarons and chocolates. A catering section offers brioche crabe, surprise breads and sweet and savoury petits fours. Exquisite hot drinks are served in the refined tea room. New: a daily special featuring seasonal produce.
