For over twenty-five years, Thierry Le Quentrec has been delighting us with his Raboliots (crushed, caramelized and chocolate-coated almonds), Favori de Jeanne (orange marzipan coated with flaked almonds), tuile solognote (chocolate-coated nougatine), soupiots (cookie and caramelized praline) or Pavés de la Vieille Ville.... We also love these grand cru chocolate bars (from Venezuela, Tanzania, South Africa and Ecuador) and home-made Olivet pears. Two other addresses: rue Jeanne d'Arc in Orléans and rue de Guyenne in Olivet.
