All these rates are out of heating, electricity and telephone. The secretariat of the residence is located in the Beech (5 rue de Tours) building. The apartments are open to the LPA. The residence is accessible by bus 12-13-20 or tram.

Divided into 2 parts, the residence is open as a priority to students (and trainees) with a minimum lease of 6 months. The equipment of the apartments is complete. We even provide linen. Students can benefit from the LPA. Some apartments are offered for the hotel hotel, without the usual hotel amenities. The advantage is to benefit from a studio at night or more.
