Events calendar Orléans

Every two years, in September, the banks of the Loire are dressed in their finest finery and come alive with a thousand lights during the Festival de Loire, an event that moves the crowds. On the programme: exhibitions, jousting and lock-keeping demonstrations, boat races and parades, sailing demonstrations, tow horses, shows and street entertainment for all, concerts... This beautiful festival, an opportunity to travel back in time to the Loire navy, is the largest in Europe in terms of river navy.

Baghdatis, Benneteau, Chardy, Clément, Dimitrov, Goffin, Grosjean, Kolhschreiber, Llodra, Lopez, Win, Mahut, Rochus, Santoro, Saulnier, Simon, Stepanek, all of these great world tennis names took part in the Opening of Orléans, the 6 ^th of the French ATP tournaments in the space of a few years, just behind Paris-Bercy, Montpellier, Marseille, Metz and Nice. For the 2015 edition, the course of the 20 000 spectators was first crossed.

With more than 160 exhibitors and nearly 22,000 visitors, this renowned fair is a unique place to appreciate the quality of local, regional and national productions and to shop. You will find all the culinary, gastronomic and artisanal expressions. A competition rewards the best products and new in 2021: "The Brewers' Village", a space that offers an educational and tasting discovery of the brewers' world.

The 3 Orleans Bridge is a 10 km by original night in the heart of the city of Orléans. The course allows to discover this city of art and history through its new running paths around the Loire and its bridges with superb points of view, without forgetting the forced passage to the Christmas market. And the race level is accessible to everyone, so don't miss this event!
