Read moreThe Jouve family has been established since 1988 as artisanal preservers, a label that guarantees quality and authenticity. In their shop you will find all the preserves from their workshop in Castels: semi-cooked duck foie gras, blocks of liver, pâtés, rillettes, duck sauerkraut, quail with foie gras. We like the aperitifs (5 tins of 65 g of duck foie gras with fruit to make toast as an aperitif). The house also has another point of sale in Domme in the Grand Rue (05 53 28 31 54).
