Serge Mercier is well known for his activity as a canner. His foies gras and confits remain the products that sell the most in his store located in the middle of his farm, between Montignac-Lascaux and Saint Genies. Amateur and connoisseur, he brewed for himself and his relatives... and the passion won him over! He decided in 2015 to offer his beers for sale.
