Une fois la porte de la Brucelière poussée, l'on se retrouve transporté dans un havre de paix. Carrelages et boiseries clairs apportent une touche classe et zen. Un accueil agréable et convivial et nous optons pour un menu "la ballade" sur la terrasse fleurie. Un menu qui combine les saveurs exquises du terroir, entre le foie gras fait maison, le poisson et la viande d'une qualité fondante exceptionnelle et cuisinés divinement bien, et les desserts au choix faits maison. Le plus : la carte précise les producteurs qui fournissent le restaurant. Une carte très bien référencée offre un panel exhaustif de vins ce qui ajoute une belle touche à la palette des saveurs. Une adresse à partager sans modération pour un moment vraiment privilégié ! Félicitations au chef qui nous fait partager son amour pour une excellente cuisine et à la patronne dont l'accueil est top. Et mention excellente également pour la chambre à l'étage parfaitement insonorisée qui a participé au séjour idyllique. Un sans faute !
