Pierre Colin, a pure Chinaman, has opened a very nice shop in Chinon. He could have become a rugby player, but he preferred gourmet pleasures. We thank him for having chosen this path as he is so talented and his creations are exquisite. After seeing him working in his glass lab, enter the shop and discover his lemon tart, or his rum baba. Ephemeral creations, seasonal products... We recommend it to all gourmets!
