On one side of the street, Pierre Colin, a native of Chinon, makes his wonderful cakes and pastries from his laboratory, which attracts the curious who come to admire the master at work. Across the street, his mother holds the cash register and presents the creations of her talented son. Pierre plays with flavors and textures. He does not fail to take care of the presentation either, for visuals that look like small works of art. A delight!
