Le mobilier d'époque, les jardins, le restaurant et les détails architecturaux vieillissants évoquent un style, certes, un peu suranné mais lui donne aussi un certain charme qui nous a plu. Et pourtant, le confort moderne n'est jamais loin. Les lits sont confortables, l'airco est efficace et les équipements de salle de bains sont fonctionnels. Bien qu'un petit rafraîchissement ne serait par du luxe, surtout au regard des tarifs, à nouveau, le caractère "vieillot" de l'hôtel lui confère une personnalité inimitables. Le personnel est prévenant. A noter aussi que nous avons pu recharger gratuitement notre vehicule électrique. En somme, si vous êtes à la recherche d'une expérience empreinte de charme et de caractère, cet hôtel à Amboise est un bon choix.
