We offer you menus composed essentially of products from local agriculture. Indeed, we have developed partnerships with a dozen producers and merchants in the region. In order to guarantee you the greatest freshness, our menus contain a limited number of dishes, which evolve with the seasons and your desires.
The philosophy of the restaurant L'Ecluse d'Amboise is to be as close as possible to the Loire Valley region and in harmony with the seasons.
The menu of the restaurant L'Ecluse d'Amboise is deliberately reduced. Composed essentially of local and seasonal products, it invites you to discover the original flavors of ingredients that you may think you know!
We also put a lot of effort into presenting you with beautifully presented plates, because gourmandise is awakened by the eyes before being sublimated by the taste buds!
