Taken over in April 2017, The Forks is a really nice establishment, focused on organic, nature and fresh produce. The choice of dishes is quick because, and this is a good thing, the restaurant offers three starters, three main courses and three desserts. And as the three choices are always excellent.... On the program, we fell in love with the vegetable soup in scallops, then chocolate mellowness. The plates are colourful and very well presented. As an accompaniment, of course, a wide range of wines from the Loire Valley. As a bonus, the room is pleasant, with its small round and square tables, beams, stones, mirrors, and a beautiful fireplace. And if you want a good excuse to come back: during the holidays, the establishment has made itself a new beauty, so don't hesitate to come and take a look!
