For years Jean-Luc Goursat, his wife Maguy and his entire team have been welcoming customers with professionalism. The butcher's shop is only 3 minutes from downtown and lovers of quality meat at very reasonable prices don't hesitate to go to the shop adjoining the laboratory. The sausages are home-made, as are the preserves. The satisfaction is there, enough to fuel the excellent reputation of this butcher shop, open since 1993.
