Located a stone's throw from Le Nouveau Siècle, La Ferme en Ville is the outlet for products from Ferme du Brabant, a farm run by two brothers, Maxime and Stéphane, in Monchecourt, not far from Douai. They grow cereals, sugar beet, potatoes, corn and tomatoes. And their dairy cows produce quality milk for delicious dairy products. But the Ferme en Ville also offers much more, through partner farmers, breeders and beekeepers (displayed in the shop window) based in the region. There's everything you need to fill the fridge: fruit, vegetables, eggs, milk, creams, cheeses, meats, charcuterie, soups, yoghurts, honey, cookies... Customers flock here, and yes, they know where the quality is! Take a look!

Around the New La Ferme Century City was once easily identifiable thanks to the statue of a cow that was held in front of the shop. Unfortunately, the town hall has nothing to do better that to prevent it because according to the elected " that was not integrated into the landscape lillois" … La Ferme downtown products made by local producers, neighbouring farm, fruits and vegetables, dishes vacuum-packing, cheese and beer.

When I lived in Lille old, it sometimes happened me to work next door. Then from time to time I passed to see what I could bring back to the house.

Not much, because even if I appreciate the idea to promote local production, I popular less the prices.

And then as long as for local why not organic? Everything is not, however it is few things close the same price.

One of the only amenities that interested to me was the package flour to cereals, special preparation for the machines bread.

The result was right yum!

For the rest: bread, pastries, meats, vegetables, and dairy products, not please because of prices.

The market is also much more interesting for the same principle.
