Portugal invites itself to Lille! Or at least its pastéis de nata, the famous and delicious golden egg tarts, sprinkled with cinnamon or powdered sugar. A former Portuguese investment banker who trained in a pastéis de nata factory in Lisbon, Paulo arrived in Lille to follow in his footsteps, with the traditional recipe in his suitcase... Success came quickly, and his azulejo-clad stall in Vieux Lille is always busy! To take away in beautiful boxes of 2 or 6, or to enjoy on the terrace with a small bica (espresso).

...enfin la possibilité de déguster des pasteis de nata, typiques de Lisbonne ailleurs qu'a Lisbonne justement.

Il ne sont peut etre pas aussi fins que sur place mais c'est tout de même une très bonne idée à prix raisonnables.
