The history of the Ruiz Ruiz begins on the Opal coast, in Berck-sur-Mer, in 1905, when Amandino, coming from Spain, sells its artisanal products on the beach. His son-in-law Michel, who then moved to Cambrai, manufactures the Ice Ruiz (ice and frozen cakes), from an entire, thick and smooth milk, which offers an exceptional quality ice. This is what has made the reputation of the house in the whole region. Classic perfumes are available as well as customizable cakes for any type of event. There are also gluten-free ice creams. More than 100 years of existence for iced cakes, which are always decorated by hand. You will be happy to discover these delicacies in Lille, in one of the shops launched by Michel's great grandson, which perpetuates the family tradition and adapts it to current times…
