The Northern Department is the longest department (184 km) and the most populous in France (more than 2,5 million inhabitants). It comprises 653 communes divided into 6 boroughs: Dunkirk, Lille, Valenciennes, Douai, Cambrai, Avesnes. Its budget is more than EUR 3,5 billion, which is devoted to regional planning and solidarity policies (social action and health, housing, environment, roads, infrastructure, transport, culture, tourism, RSA, APAH, PMI…). The Northern Council of the North has been chaired by Jean-René Lecerf since 2 April 2015.

1 étoile parce que je ne sais pas mettre zéro, quel manque de sérieux, d empathie!! 3 ans de démarches pour des promesses non tenues, un manque de respect total pour les personnes, chapeau!

Y A-T-IL UN PILOTE DANS L'AVION ? 30 minutes d’attente sans aucun interlocuteur, si ce n'est à l'accueil, un Monsieur, tout juste poli que l'on a l'air de déranger ou réveiller, et qui vous coupe la parole. Un stage de relation publique lui serait bénéfique. Ce genre d'individu discrédite le service public.
