Maison Méert has built a solid reputation around one sweet: its famous Madagascar vanilla-filled waffle. The recipe, unchanged since its creation in 1849, is available in many different versions! But Méert is also a tea room where you can enjoy exquisite pastries in a refined setting, with large windows and an elegant indoor terrace. Even if the wait at the entrance can be discouraging, be patient! Taste their traditional homemade chocolate and accompany it with one of the pastries on display.

Au delà de leur gaufres emblématiques cette pâtisserie/salon de thé est connue est reconnue pour la qualité de ses produits.
Il faut au moins entrer dans la boutique pour admirer la décoration intérieure, si le temps presse contentaient vous d'un paquet de gaufres et si cela est possible prenez le temps de déguster leurs pâtisseries sur place.
